I like the vocals, but the voice could use some EQ'ng (hissing)
Nice reeces come in and there is the drop! The bassline is a little bit loud but sounds nice anyway.
The drum patterns fit nicely throughout, oeh, i really like the steppy beat @ 2:50, nice job!
After that it goes on quite the same, but doesnt get repetitive, nice.
Only the ending is a little bit abrupt.
Nice job m8, keep em coming.
yes ben, its danny and jordan, your song is quality man, it sounds so proffesional and love the lyrics. we've heard a few of your songs, and this one is defo by far the best, keep it up man.
The vocal isn’t really my cup of tea, the “I am the Alpha Omega” whisper sounded cool tho.
The bassline is ok but a bit too simple. Could use slight filter modulation and less stereo rotation.
Drums punch nicely, just as the overall sound really improved compared to your earlier quantum projects that I can remember. It’s now more aggressive and less liquid/chilly.
Good job!
Good variation and nice bassline/ synth edits. Kept me interested through the whole tune.
I like the intro with the vocals. It has wicked atmosphere. Nice reeces before the drop but i also dont like the panning on them. The beats could roll better with some more hihats imo. The kick and snare needs more power. After a while the track gets a bit repetitive to me. More modulation on the bass could make things more interesting.
Btw i've enjoyed it good work.
there is some roughness in the intro that really bloody hurts my ears - like an overdriven a 2.5 kHz bandpass.... OUCH!
but the flanged vocals arrr, i think they need to be more intelligible - tweak that flanger a little, or maybe send it to a delay and flange that?
apart from that i think the vocals are worth re-recording - cleaner and more articulate.
the bass "boom" sounds great to me though... and the 'scoooped' snare and all that overdriven bass.
the track's got great timing - you know, the right sounds in the right place time- and frequency-wise.
the drop really shook my ass!
excellent drum programming - the beat is hard hitting yet simple enough to hear individual notes, and that "prodigy'esque" eq'd backbeat sounds elegant and hell, it's got some edge!
to summarize shortly: do fix that intro cause the tune is worth it.
haha is that u on the mic UC? (or Q3 hehe) sounds good man, complete change from the last vocal track u did with the singing, i reckon it works well, maybe just a bit more processing on the vox to make it dark (like maybe pitch down a copy and layer it in to make it sound darker)
love the vibe man, well made reeces too (i'd like to hear a bit more modulation in em but thats just taste)
punchy kick n snare, sweet edits, heavy arrangement - big ups!
Insane Reeces man! Tearin the studio down wiv this, really really rinsin! Drums are also clear and loud, coming through nice and proper. Didn't feel the vocal much, it's pretty long worded and I don't know how it would go down with the ravers, the one vocal sample "I Am the alpha omega" with a trimmed down vocal I think would work good. When the track drops and you got the reece in it's really rinsin, the drums good do with some more rolls and chops in my oppinion. Over all the mix was clear and fluid, awesome synth stabs and the sub was good an thick. Great track overall!
Definatly your best track so far no doubt about it. This is really good! Theres not 1 bit i dont like about it! It all fits really well, the vocals are just amazing! Ive listened to a lot of the other stuff on the .be site (not UC or Q3) and theres nothing better to be honest than your stuff! Keep it up and remember, Quantum Cubed and Sterilize - The mashup sessions! Keep it up! I AM THE ALPHA OMEGA!
